Yoga Journal's Yoga For Energy offers five easy to use practice sessions and has been specially designed to adapt to your busy lifestyle and changing needs.
Yoga Journal's Yoga For Energy: Awakening: At sunrise, is a series of slow, gentle stretches that awakens body and mind and balances the emotions (10 minutes).
Centring: Early morning, is a flow series of standing poses for aligning energy within the body and for grounding and connecting with the earth (8 minutes).
Creativity: Mid-day, is a Sun Salutation of standing poses, back and forward bends for energizing the whole body, increasing vitality and creativity (14 minutes)
Reflection: Late afternoon, is a cooling, tranquil series of forward bends and hip openers that let all activities of the day seep in like watercolors setting in to paper (10 minutes).
Surrender: At sunset, is deep relaxation combined with guided imaginery - emptying of energy and completely letting go (8 minutes).
