Captain Mitchell awards the Titanium ranger, Ryan, with his own state-of-the-art Morpher to combat the forces of evil. Diabolico maliciously inflicts Ryan with a destructive ancient Cobra tattoo and sends his henchmen, Flkar, Demonite and Thunderon to damage the other rangers weapon arsenal. |
