Carlos And The Count Divatox sends Count Noctum, the bat monster, to turn the Rangers into vampires. After he bites Carlos, the other Rangers begin to fear that Carlos has become a vampire. When Dimitria tells Carlos that he will remain under Count Noctum's spell until the evil creature is destroyed, the Rangers encounter Count Noctum as the TURBO Megazord and the Rescue Megazord to save their friend from his bloody fate.
Little Strong Man Justin competes for a place on the high school track team, but feels incompetent compared to the bigger, stronger teens. Despite the fact that Bulk and Skull have sprayed Anti-Be-Gone around the entire Youth Center, an ant bites Justin which gives him super-human strength. Justin becomes very popular at the track, but when Dimitria tells Justin that his super strength is incompatable with his Ranger powers, he decides that being a Ranger is more important than being popular. |
